This super design in a bouclé wool - this can still be bought or you could use a 4ply wool and work a tension square to see if needles need to be changed to get size. To fit 34 inch bust and there are instructions for long and short sleeves. Skirt is knitted on a circular needle, the rest on two needles. Petersham at inside waist gives stability and hooks and eyes are used at the side opening and front at neck.

This lovely design has a lovely ribbed shaped waistline and little peter pan collar as well as puff sleeves and gentle folds to the skirt. To fit 34 inch bust and is 37 inches long, this is adjustable - new length for austerity! Shoulder pads suggested. Collar is not knitted but a purchased or sewn one, but can easily be knitted. Knitted in a 4ply, but on large needles - always work a tension square and change needles to get correct fit. Back opening with buttons.
