Bestway576-Dixie: Great vintage knitting pattern form 1935. This pretty jumper with button detail on the waist band and placket is knitted in a 4ply yarn. Most vintage 3plys are the same as 4ply modern yarn or wool. Always work a tension square and allow an extra ball of wool.

Bestway 576-Daliah: Great vintage ladies jumper knitting pattern from 1935. This round neck jumper with interesting panels is to fit 35 inch bust and worked in a 4ply. Bit more difficult this one as far as stitch is concerned although easy styling with deep rib. These 1930 designs were not so figure hugging as the later 1940's models.

Bestway 576-Davina: Great vintage ladies easy to knit pattern for a jumper from 1935. This so easy to knit design worn with a belt to match buttons is so typical of the era. Stocking stitch and moss stitch make this a super project for a beginner. Always work a tension square. This should work well in a 4ply or fine double knitting. to fit 36 inch bust.

Bestway 576-Denise: Great vintage ladies jumper knitting pattern from 1935. This easy to knit jumper is worked in 4ply to fit 34 inch bust. Long line and raglan sleeves, looks nice with belt over a polo neck or with scarf tucked in at neck.

Bestway 576-Desiree: Great vintage knitting pattern for side fastening jumper coat. This unusual jumper buttons up the from above the rib and was commonly known as a jumper coat. This one has a tie at the neck and super big buttons. Ebay has 1930's buttons for sale. The pattern is so simple, but looks so sophisticated and is knitted in a a double knitting to produce 6 stitches to n inch on 8 imperial or 4mm needles. Always work a tension square.

To fit 34 inch bust and is knitted in a 4ply. Always work a tension square. This one is nicely fitted and suggest as good for riding.

Deanna-WD287: Great vintage ladies jumper knitting pattern from 1935. This pattern is to fit 34 inch bust and is knitted in a 4ply. Silk was used for the original, but a shiny rayon or cotton could be used for that summer look. Deep rib, pretty cuffs and neat patterned collar.

Diane-WD7: Great vintage ladies tie neck jumper knitting pattern from 1935. This design is to fit 35 inch bust and is knitted in 4ply, always work a tension square. Modelled by Judith Allen film star of the day. Pretty puff sleeves, deep rib and neat little tie at neck.

Doris-WD287: Great vintage ladies knitting pattern for jumper from 1935. This interesting neckline was new in the year 1935. The design is in a broken rib to fit 32 inch bust, knitted in 3ply, to work in a 4ply and a larger size use larger needles and allow more wool.

Dulcie-WD287: Great vintage ladies jumper from 1935. This super design boasts having the latest raglan sleeve. Most garments up to this point were set in, on a yoke or dolman style. This pretty yoked jumper is to fit 35 inch bust. Original was knitted in black, grey and red. This one is in a fine wool, 3ply. Change larger needle to a smaller size for a 4ply yarn. Always work a tension square.
