Tea cosy measures 13 wide by 11 high - a pad will be needed for insulation. Size of cotton or rayon will determine size.

Weldons 522cr:Great vintage crochet pattern for motifs from 1940s. There are instructions given for 3 designs. Rosalinda square about 2 inches square worked in no20 cotton. Juliette tulip motif is about 2.5 inches square worked in no60 cotton and larger round motif that will be about 6 inches across. Irish Rose is 2.5 inches across worked in no60 cotton. For larger motifs for bedspread, table cloth etc use a thicker cotton.
